Life has given me more than what I could have asked for. More than what I wanted.
But I cannot complain.
I cannot say it's better if the events that have taken place should never have happened. Because they have made me strong.
They have made me the person I am now. Strong. Smiling. Standing amidst the current.

Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
1. Talk to me. I fall in love with good conversationalists.
2. I have always built a wall around myself. A facade of happiness. Learn how to break through this wall and go beyond my make-believe that everything’s okay. Look at me and see the truth.
3. Smile. I never could get enough of genuine happiness.
4. Stay true to your word. Girls like it when promises are fulfilled.
5. Be a man. Know your place. Cry. Show your weakness. I always admire a man who knows that strength lies in the admittance that you are weak.
6. Don’t pretend. I want to see you, and fall in love with you, as you are.
7. Hold me. Not necessarily in the “I want you now, let’s be a couple” sort of way. Just hold me. When we cross the street, or when it rains, or when I’m trying to pretend that everything’s alright. Hold me. You’ll see the pathway to my heart.
8. If you love me, tell me. I might just be waiting for you. ;)
